Free Laser Engraving and no Set-Up fees on all awards.

Dell Awards offers Free Laser Engraving with no Set-Up Charges on all Awards and Personalized Gifts offered on our website. This includes your supplied logos or graphic images and electronic proofs for your approval. There is no need to calculate additional personalization costs on these items so the price you see is what you pay. Other types of personalization including digital color printing, sandblasting, and mechanical engraving may also be available at an additional cost if desired.

• All Awards including Acrylic Awards, Crystal & Glass Awards, Marble & Wood Awards, Trophies & Medals, Award Plaques, and Personalized Gifts include free laser engraving.
• Free layout and typestyle design is included and a proof will be sent for approval prior to production. Your input regarding layout, typestyles, and graphics is always appreciated.
• Graphic designs, logos, and images are engraved at no additional cost with acceptable artwork provided by the customer. Additional art charges may be applied with customer's authorization if artwork quality is not adequate.
• Vector formats such as .ai, .eps, .cdr, or vector pdf files are preferred. High resolution bitmap images may be acceptable.
• Free Laser Engraving is available on all Award Plaques either on a Designer Plate or directly into the wood on certain products.
• All initial engraving on Perpetual Award Plaques is free. Subsequent Perpetual Plates will be charged a flat fee.​
• Full color digital printing may be available on some products at an additional charge if desired.
• Some Online Catalog pricing may be excluded and personalization will be extra.
• Engraving Services, signage, and orders brought in for engraving may be charged for personalization.
• Name badges, lapel pins, buttons, and promotional products are excluded.
