Serving our community for more than 60 years, we have multi-generations of customers that we call our friends. Our goal is to build relationships with each person we have the pleasure to help and that has led to a loyal and dedicated group of clients that have recommended us to their families, friends, co-workers, and organizations. We cherish these relationships and greatly appreciate the “word of mouth” referrals that are the backbone of our customer base.

We have a strong presence of health-related customers. Individual medical and dental offices, hospitals, healthcare facilities including senior care, post acute health care, rehabilitation and occupational health care centers, government health organizations and health and wellness institutes are among our biggest clients. Hospitals such as Kaiser Permanente, Sharp, Scripps, and UCSD Medical Center have been ordering recognition awards and gifts from Dell Awards for many years and recommending us to their colleagues. Name badges are a favorite item among local and national healthcare facilities such as Glenner Alzheimer Center, Jacob Health Care Center, and San Diego Sports Medicine & Family Health Center. We service government agencies such as the County of San Diego Health & Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health Services, and the Bureau of Medi-Cal Fraud & Elder Abuse. Dell Awards has worked with many national resort and hotel companies as well as local casino resorts. Annual award events for many professional and trade organizations are so much fun to be a part of. We are truly honored to have a role in recognizing outstanding individuals and accomplishments within each special organization. These are often high-end acrylic or crystal awards or plaques highlighting the best in their field. Organizations such as the Society of Professional Journalists, La Mesa Chamber of Commerce, and the National Society of Black Engineers trust Dell Awards for their main events.

We have the pleasure of working with many local and national school districts, colleges and universities for name badges, signage, and awards. Many schools request academic and sports awards throughout the school year as well as annual achievement accolades. The Grossmont Union High School District and San Diego Union High School District are our two largest clients in this category along with dozens of individual schools throughout the county and nationwide. San Diego State University, University of San Diego, UCSD, and Point Loma Nazarene University are all among our local customers with several national schools such as the University of North Carolina, Northeastern University, and organizations such as the University of Notre Dame Alumni Club. 

Dell Awards supplies many chapters of various fraternal and religious organizations with name badges, personalized giftware, and awards. Perhaps our largest customer base in this category are the Masons and their many branches such as the Order of the Eastern Star and Shriners International. Others include the Knights of Columbus, Moose International, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Academic fraternities and Sororities from all over the country are included in this group as well such as Alpha Kappa Alpha, Delta Kappa Gamma, and Alpha Xi Delta. 

Many service organizations are closely related to fraternal organizations and are known for their community involvement and charity. These clients include several chapters and districts of Kiwanis, Lions Club, and Rotary. All these groups request recognition products such as name badges, award plaques and trophies, and gifts. 

We truly enjoy working with the many churches and religious organizations in our community and beyond. Badges, signs, gifts, awards, and engraving services are among the items needed by these customers. Many churches also have schools and groups that need our products and services. The religious service organizations help communities through various programs and charities and we provide recognition products for those outstanding individuals and groups such as St. Paul’s Senior Services and Society of St. Vincent De Paul. Dell Awards works with numerous funeral homes specifically for custom engraving on urns and keepsakes. We also engrave memorial giftware, guest books and urn niche signage among other items. Some of our clients include Legacy Funeral Home, Greenwood Memorial, and Cypress View Chapel. 

San Diego is a military town and we are lucky to have customers from every branch of the military – Navy, Marines, ARMY, Air Force and Coast Guard along with many military departments and groups. We have many creative clients who make their own gifts or awards and only require engraving on wood, glass, and acrylic for their projects or engraved plates for shadow boxes. We also provide badges, retirement and promotion plaques and awards for various commands, schools, and alumni groups. We also enjoy working with support groups such as the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Veteran’s Administration.

Professional service companies include law, accounting, banking, medical, real estate, and any business that does not necessarily offer a tangible product. Dell Awards has many clients fitting this description for all type of awards and recognition products. Many of these fields also include service organizations specific to their members. Our clients include Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego, Union Bank, 20/20 Vision Center, San Diego Solar Install, Old Town Trolley, and Big Block Realty. 

Non-Profit organizations often require awards for fundraising events and donor recognition. They also need recognition items such as name badges and signage. Dell Awards is proud to be a part of recognizing staff and volunteers of the many crucial and important non-profit organizations with which we work.
